Area Manager:   The Area Manager is the liaison between the home office and the operations field.  Area managers maintain management teams at all locations within their region. Area Managers have an extensive working knowledge of  the carwash business and maintain compliance of company policy and procedure at stores within their region.  Area Managers preferably have 5+ years of upper level management experience.    Store Manager:  The primary purpose of the store manager is to develop and maintain a team of people who deliver car wash services to the customer effectively (quality), efficiently (speed), and profitably (value).  Stores Managers preferably have 3-5 years retail management experience and some mechanical and computer knowledge.    Assistant Manager:  The Assistant Store Manager compliments the Store Manager’s efforts in maintaining an effective team of people which focuses on continuous improvement of services to our customers.  Asst. Managers preferably have 1-3 years retail management experience and some mechanical and computer knowledge.   Attendant:  Carwash attendant is an entry level position within the company.  Attendants must be able to perform many physically demanding tasks at the wash.  No experience is necessary, but successful candidates must possess a willingness to work hard and a desire to serve customers with excellence.     **Note:  All positions are physically demanding. While management will spend some time indoors running reports, the majority of their work is “hands on” outdoor work.
